Festival Weekend Car Parks and Sunday Road Closure

The Main Road through the village of Tolpuddle will be closed on Sunday during the wreath laying and procession from 13.00 – 18.00. 

Car Park A is the main car park for campers, stalls holders, blue badge holders OVER THE WEEKEND 

Car Park B is across the road from the Museum – there will be no entry or exit on Sunday between the hours of 13.00 until 18.00 due to Road Closure Licence for the March and safety.

Car Park C (just off Central Farm Lane) is the main car park for SUNDAY ONLY.  Access into the car park is from 08.30 up until 13.45 and exit is once the procession has cleared from the road which is usually approx 16.00, however you will only be able to turn left at the bottom of Central Farm Lane or straight across to Southover.

There is a parking charge of £15 for either car park. Please do not park on the verges as there will be no waiting cones in and around the village, so you will probably get a fine. For £15 parking this makes a whole day of music, speeches, stalls, activities for a very cheap day out. Click here to purchase your vehicle pass in advance.

If you are arriving to Tolpuddle on a motorcycle, we ask for a £5 donation for your motorcycle parking.
