Since 2023, we were all chomping at the bit to get back to the slopey fields of Tolpuddle to see all our former and new comrades. And after a tough year fighting Tory attacks on workers, and following just a couple of weeks of a shock general election that put a new Labour government into power, everyone desperately needed this weekend to relax, take stock and refresh us for whatever comes next.

We had some truly fantastic and inspiring speakers, a wide range of musical performances, a fabulous local theatre production on the Tolpuddle Martyrs, comedy legends and rising stars, and lots of great union folk made this another great year.
