The St John's Parish Church congregation is delighted to selcome vistors to its special service and songs of prasie.
At about 1.15 on Sunday afternoon guests shall lay wreaths on the grave of James Hammett. see more here
Many visitors miss the small original Methodist Chapel next to the Martyrs' Cottage. This special building has been acquried by a local community trust and is being refurbished to provide a quiet space in the village.
The chapel is open to welcome visitors. Towards the end of the Festival on Sunday there shall be the Methodist Festival service with the Revd Richard Teal, President of the Conference.
