There has always been an annual event commemorating the story and the legacy of the Tolpuddle Martyrs at Tolpuddle.

From the 1990s, this transformed into a celebratory family-friendly festival, bringing leading voices from the labour movement as well as great music, performances and activities for all ages. The Festival has never made a profit and relies on contributions from trade unions, sales, the TUC, and our strong crew of volunteers to sustain itself. Costs continue to rise but the power of the trade union movement and the ambitions of the festival remain ever strong. Your support helps us to carry on the legacy of the Martyrs and promote the strength of collective worker power.
